Discovering Compiano on two wheels!

A half day to admire some of the Taro Valley symbolic places by bike: an E-MTB pleasant cycling along the paths winding from Bedonia to Compiano in order to know one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and then during the visit to Compiano Castle, The Landi Princes’ ancient residence, later on the mansion of a bizarre Marquise who devoted herself to collect furnishings and works of art.

You will meet your guide at Bedonia, where you will take a short bike ride to test your E-MTB and then you will cycle along pleasant paths, surrounded by nature, to reach the historic centre of Compiano where you will admire its still medieval layout and then you will get to the Castle to visit its museum collections kept inside that millenary manor, built to defend the Taro Valley. An individual visit to the original Masonic Museum, the only one in Italy, will take place after the explanation of the rich eclectic collection exhibited in those sumptuous rooms, tastefully furnished by their last owner, the Marquise Raimondi Gambarotta.

At last cycling back to Bedonia.
